Edited by: Insomnias on 12/09/2007 07:21:03puisque mon anglais est nul , je vais utiliser le francais. il y a plusieurs mois de cela, j'ai fait des pétitions a ccp pour leur leur expliquer,que suite a un gros bug,écran noir en sortie de station,lag et autre j'avais perdu plusieur millions d'isk en valeur de ship. les premieres pétitions sont rester sans réponse. hier encore,la meme chose sait produit suite au trois crach successif du server. (je crois que tout le monde se rappel au moin des crash de la journée de hier  ) j'en suis d'onc a refaire des pétitons le soucis est que le gm ma rembourser un blackbird alors que javais perdu un raven. |

You never said how your blackbird was lost...let alone why it had 550m of fitting/cargo ans why you are flying it about on patchday (also isnt it a bit soon to be complaining about an unanswered petition from yesterday, im sure the GMs are busy....patience)

try again, in english. let me try.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ months ago I send several [flooding the system] petitions due to what I have decided was a bug and something to do with exiting station. there was 650 millions of isk lost [somehow] and my petitions did not get a reimbursment. yesterday, following a server problem, I am somehow missing more isk [?] and did finally receive the ship that had been lost before. I am upset about this and feel that I must outbiirkk. is CCP joking? I do not feel that this reimbursment fits my losses also, I am upset about the insurance money being withdrawn from my wallet [in accordance to GM/reimbursment rules] without their asking me [even though I had asked them to do it] and am upset! you [CCP?] very much respect your subscribers and should take me for a Noob. recounting this tale of woe has left me unstable and I shall seek the cool comfort of a sanitarium until such time as it is felt I am fit to be in public and a productive member of society again. |

Some suggestion I think can be useful:
Your english, whatever translation method you are using, is very bad, full of broken sentences. Add the french original to the petitions, so if the english version it is too hard to read clearly it can be routed to a French reading GM. A petition with the events cleary descripted increase the probability of a positive reply.
If you have lost rigs on the ship destroyed list them. GM normally reinbourse only what is in the killmail, and the rigs don't appear there.
You will not get back wath survived the ship destruction, as it is supposed that you or some other player could recover the items. It is done to avoid frauds to duplicata items. If it was impossible to recover the wreck for the server crash specify that, maybe you will get all the items back.

Perhaps i could help explain what happens
If you lose a ship to server outage/server fault, you will get the ship back plus any fittings/cargo that was destroyed....anything dropped is either back in your hanger (because you scooped it afterwards) or collected by someone else
Also when a ship is reimbursed, the insurance for that money is taken back from you
If the GMs see no server issues, they wont reimburse |

I'm hoping I understand you when you say that you lost a ship and isk to a bug and have only recieved the ship back, for which, they took back some isk. For that I can only sympathise, however, when CCP re-imburse a ship they take back the insurence payment paid out for that ship. This is standard practise on behalf of CCP.
So far this month I have lost:
1 x Badger II in a trade window
ALL of my ammo, modules (some named) and cargo while fitting a ship ready for a covert ops journey. Everything in the fitting window dissapeared, the cargo dissapeared etc. I havent petitioned because we KNOW that they dont re-imburse fittings.
I tend to lose something every month to CCP bugs or crashes or whatever. I dont even petition these as you never get a response and its not worth the frustration. I save my petitions for serious stuff. I dont report bugs any more because they dont acknowlegde them or if they do, its to ask why if I can make it happen again and if I cant, why not?
