A while ago I ordered the Eve beer mug wich arrived in little pieces. Mailed to support and reimbursement yet I get no reply

You have any enemies inside CCP? Cause breaking beer mugs is one of the heavier punishments. Btw support and reimbursment are quite slow. Wait till its friday and than petition for being stuck, cause you cannot play the game while drinking beer anymore. You offcourse threw out all other mugs as soon as you ordered the eve mug.
