delve. hands down.
the bob rats drop fat stuff and u get a lot free ore from the lower tier bob rats.
only problem is the infrasturcture. the bob faction is the only one ingame which doesnt allow u to dock at their stations. if u want to dock u need to rat all of their officer spawns down which can be a pain in the ass to do since they are hardly spawning but still if u bbq em ull get access to that regions stations which from a infrastucture point of view is a load easier than flying back to empire all the time to drop the loot and get new ammo. |

oh yea, and STAIN 4tw, lots of hauler spawns, true sanshas everywhere, nice exploration and damned easy rats that drop nice refinable loot.

Stain and Fountain are the best ratting regions imo. Feyth is probalbly one of the most valuable regions in the game (most outposts of any region in game, though catch is catching up since no outposts are being build in feyth anymore  ) Though Providence is generally a crap region, I still like it since it was the first 0.0 region I lived in. Though I've never spent much time carebearing there, Delve is supposedly great for making iskies. In terms of targets, Syndicate, Venal, Providence, Catch, and Fountain are my favorites. Gonna say Delve as a big #1 pick. NPC stations if you want, Conquerable space if you want, lots of faction/officer spawns in the Blood Raider constellation. Oh, and Blood Raider rats are feeble children with sever mental handicaps. No idea what the mining is like, but the region as a whole seems relatively secure, with only a few entrances. But like Dungar said, there is no market there and the nearest one is many, many jumps of ugly lowsec away.
And I have a wierd soft-spot for Outer Ring. I just like that region. |

esoteria - specifically the bz/16p coldesac, that place is a gem to defend and make isk in.
& qs- is awesome for trapping roaming gangs. and now with no ties to BoB, lots of targets :-D

For living In feyth I can tell you thats its pretty cool but there're still some problems. Easy to defend and a lot of good roids but the angels are ****s to kill and there is no officer in that region. By a way of contrast, Venal was hard to defend but the roids, guristas and officer were a ISKies Heaven.
What about the drones region? Never went there so how are they? |

Heh, well, the highest end ore is Mercoxit, rats drop alloys, they don't rise your sec status (no bounty either)....

I have ratted Immensea, Catch, Curse, Tenerefis, etc. Made a decent living.
I moved to Fountain and made 1bil in the first few days...
Fountain Core is the best. Every system spawns like a -1.0. |

Jita has its own server, infact last time we were told, it has the same type of hardware that runs the entire test server. Can't say too much, have only lived in a few regions, though I'd say with jump bridges and some good networks alot of very nice places are now easy to get to for friendlies and hard for hostiles to get to. (And easy to get out of to find hostiles ;) ) |

From tenerifes to Branch you will always find a "friends"  . Never been in too much earnings stuff myself (except unlucky 6/10 plexes in the past) so i cant talk from industrial/npcing perception. From PvP you will never get bored living on that highway i mentioned. at least while i was living/passing there as a loner/gang/fleet. |

Fade was a great region to "grow up" in 3 1/2 years ago. Crok & Bist all over the place when Zydrine prices were through the roof, ok rats (Serp, with Guristas 2 jumps away), and all 3 conq stations in close proximity with the first station system (L-C3O7) a chokepoint controlling deeper access, and more than its share of PvP in the general area. Now though, with POSes and outposts and sovereignty, I wouldn't know. Nor do I care. |
