How would it be any different than the current sell forums? The sole purpose of the sell forums was, in effect, to provide a place to negotiate prices; the actual sales are invariably handled through contracts. Chribba's version will be handled the same way, will it not? |

If it's kept as the same rules applying as far as items selling and you utilize the tools that CCP has given us to make trades then I don't see the problem with using this 4rd party site to sell stuff.
Just have some moderators so that all the spammers (if its possible to spam) are dealt with. |

Chribba, a lovely idea, and a great service to the EvE community.
Now shut it down.
The only way for CCP to get the idea through their thick skulls that shutting down the trade forums is a bad idea is whinage. Your site is like a safety valve, lowering pressure and reducing said whinage. It is not YOUR job to do this, there is a company called CCP that is PAID to do stuff like this.
Thank you for your efforts to help the EvE community, what you do is appreciated..but CCP needs their b*lls held to the fire over this latest round of idiocy.
(Any flaming here is NOT directed a Chribba..I honestly think he does great service for the whole community. All flames/whinage are directed solely at CCP) |
