This problem occurred Thur night for me Friday morning eve time. On Friday evening I put in a petition. On Sunday I put in an Evemail petition thinking the original got lost still no response. I have deleted the Cache folder, uninstalled eve and reinstalled from a new d/l. I noticed something strange when first logging on my account name was still in the log on page. Logging on proved I still had no overview. Cant play the game with out the overview. Cant get a response from CCP. Maybe its time to sell my account try another game. |

Account sales are prohibited btw.
But the collapsing overview problem is one I have had probably a few dozen times over the past week, with amazing consistency. Sometimes a fresh eve install solved it, one two accounts it is still a mystery. I agree it is highly annoying.
What am I saying. It's a game killer, as you kinda die with such an overview.

the Tab button 'collapses' it into the upper right corner. If that is what you are talking about.
I don't know if that is. But try pressing tab, or go through your key configurations and find what key it may be set to.

No, he means a glitch where all panes of the various sections of the overview collapse on top of each other into the same area (where warp / jump buttons usually are). Resizing then is impossible, same with maximising / minimising, etc.
Imagine you have a rectangle at the top right corner of your screen where you have gang/fleet details, broadcasts, ships/gates overview and menu options all in the same place on top of each other.

Removing the cache fixed this problem when I had it. |
