Well i've just spent the last few hours running an exploration site that someone on Dnightmares exploration database discribed as "Beyond 10/10"
First room was something on the order of 20 BS, 15-20 cruisers, and around 10 frigs, some of them warp scrambleing, some webbing.
My Enyo handled it no problems dispite accidentley shooting the rat that triggers a new spawn (around 5bs, 3-4cru, 2-3fri) Twice.
One of the gang got poped however and because the newley spawned rats were agroing randomley we warped out
I warped back in to check i could still tank it once, came back, regrouped, and i want in a thrid time....
...And swiftley DIED because the complex dident load for a full 20-30 seconds on landing inside it.

While thinking about what could be sent in to tank the while i get my loot out, a friend of mine, who shall just be refeared to as "the monkey" warps into the plex in a shuttle...
...And invents the concept of
Shuttle Tanking.Yup, we ran the whole first level of the plex with the shuttle as the tank.
The second level proved to be a problem, too much for even the Mighty Gallente Shuttle to handle.
The problem? Lag. loading the complex took longer than it took the rats to lockon and kill the shuttles.
So we used Four shuttles, half drew agro and died, the other two lived and speedtanked the spawn.
Then anouther problem, one that no amount of shuttles can handle: A single, lone Serpentis Nightmare was lobbing out one heavy missile every 5 seconds or so, the missiles were the only thing that could even touch the shuttle but eventuely, it broke them, and in too quick a time to kill the nightmare.
The solution? Four Shuttles, and an Atron!
This is Atron tanking. 
The 4 shuttles go in first, get lagged out, and die.
Meanwhile the Atron go's in, orbits the rats at 170km and uses its mighty T1 armor repairer to tank the single ship (in a spawn of 40-50)thats capeable of killing it.
Ran the plex, made 50m between us, good fun.
However: shuttles are clearley overpowerd, Serpentis need missiles cos they can't hit ****, and CCP need to reduce the number of
structures (there were over 150) in there exploration sites so we don't lag out and die on entry.
