Hmmm, i think the only guys who pop to mind are outbreak during the fountain fighting. Was always a pleasure and never hard feeling, just fleet and gang lovin. I think abit of friendly smack is healthy, certainly seems in alot of places some folks need to grow thicker skin.
Smack ingame and in character is fun and sometimes is useful to get an opponent angry so that they will fight you.
Edit - Forgot to add, worst smackers i've come across is goons. Everyone has there own sense of humour and community humour and such but it doesn't appeal to me personally
I remember one little battle ini this campaign where we had a few skirmishes in the same system, Then Outbreak set up on one of the gates and waited for the BoB warp in.
A few minutes pass and there's no sign of BoB, We wait a little longer, then the Outbreak FC convo's the BoB FC:
Outbreak FC: Where are you? We're set up on the (whatever) Gate.
BoB FC: Are you? Oh, we're set up on the station.
Outbreak FC: Really? erm, ok. Should we come to you or are you coming to us?
BoB FC: We came to you last time iirc.
Outbreak FC: Ok, we'll be there in a mo.
BoB FC: Ok, see you soon.
Happy days.

TCF: During battle for I-N local remained smack free and some good conversations reguardless of fact we were on opposite sides of war. Enemies or not, you guys have my respect. Hats off to ya ^^.

Honestly, shouldn't respect be earned? I don't think the box said it was included with my $15 subscription fee. If we have a nice fight or you pull a good trick on me, hats off to you and I'll say so. But if you're being lame (logging a freighter off in a bubble, ratting with stabs/cloak, you consistently refuse to engage when you have a clear in-space number/tonnage advantage) then I don't have any problems letting you know that I don't appreciate your style of play very much. And if you do something incredibly stupid, I'm probably not going to insult you but I'm defintely not going to pretend it was great. PVP isn't sex. |

Actually the more seerious an enemy of mine is, the more class he had in local/during battle.

I found that Xelas were generally a friendly bunch when I was in fountain. Compared to others I have fought in the past.
From certain other groups I have seen stuff you would expect from maybe a backwards 10 year old. |

DFC - cause they maintain dignity while surrounded by a cess pool of idiocy. ( and no I don't mean BOB either  ) FLA - I used to hate you guys, but bottom line is you have resolve and are good sports, which essentially made me realize I didn't hate you TRI - watched them grow and remember when doom only had about 6-7 members and look at them now. MC - just because Snigg - they have killed me, Ive flown with them, and killed them, smack free everytime and good ppl. Certain members of IAC, good sense of humor and good sports no matter if they win or lose. |

I've had some good times talking in local with almost all my enemys. I actually make a point of chatting people up about the weather, sports, or how embarassed i am about how i just died.
I can recall a particular gistii fitted inty i lost in 0.3 to the gate sentrys, then joked about until the gang was headed in the other direction to join back up with.
I also had some fun with the ISS guys this past winter durring our thing. Some of you may remember when i posted the orignal pictures of my tinfoil hats in local durring a battle for zxic. |
