Are you familiar with the term " wild-goose chase" ? That's what you're doing, and that's the general opinion about your claims. Unless you CAN come up with even a shread of a proof that this is indeed POSSIBLE, that's all your claims will ever amount to. Shred of proof, as in dev statements, even dev hints towards the possibility of such things, or actual player claims of doing it themselves (not "heard of a friend of a friend who says that it could be that..."), or something like that. |

Try forming a Cyno in highsec space with any standing.
Kind of hard to move a carrier/dread into .5 space that way, isn't it?
Your standing is irrelevant.
And yes, you do need to give proof. You are making wild, unfounded claims which nobody else has ever heard even so much as a vague hint about, aside from your rantings on the subject. Until such a time as you do anything to back up your statements, not only does noone believe you, but we openly laugh in your face at the apparent lack of mental capacity you seem only too willing to demonstrate. |

No, it's nothing like that. Because other people may have tried to plant potatoes already and can back up what Guy B says. What you are saying, is more along the lines of the whole "Forward this email to everyone you know to help raise funds for this little girl's cancer operation because Microsoft can track your emails and will donate $5 for each email that is forwarded" or the one where if you forward it to 50 people, the next day you had $50,000 depositted into your account... I did take a screenshot of the offer for those who need proof - I get 68K bonus AND standing hike as well... Wow... |

I wouldn't necessarily call it a "hike" - just a little bump I'd say. Not sure how the percentages are worked out (is it the same as the shields - percentage of what's left?) but in absolute terms it went up by 0.06 after skills all the way up to 8.58... I take it it's a long way to go yet to the next stage - reported to be 9.2... |

Well i petitioned ccp asking if there is any way currently in game to get a state Raven other than buying one in existance or winning the alliance torney.
The answer was NO.
I also asked if there were plans to make the state raven possibel to get by other means, again
The answer was NO.
If you dont belive petiton ccp yourself but i can tell you now the above is FACT.
Which means no specail treat for a 10 faction standing. |
