I recently Started an alt account I took my char thru the normal training. I finished the first Agent, who then sent me on to a second agent who had a ten part mission for me to compelte I will say the 2 months between chars, the agent things have changed some, I think for the better, but the purpose of this post is while doing this ten part mission the agent kept giving me diff skills and items, I did end up with two copies of cybernetics, but the last skill book I received was Salvage drone operation, I had not heard of it before and I am constantly looking at the list of skill books. So I opened up the market and their was no listing in skills for this book, so then I went to drones and no listing of a salvage drone. My question now is how long before we see this skill on market for all players and when can we expect to see salvage drones hit the market. |

You seriously got a "Salvage Drone Operation" skill?? That's the first I've heard of it, although people have been clamoring for a salvage drone since salvaging came out.

Seems like we have our screen shots.
Why do I get the feeling that we are about to see the creation of alot of alts so people can get their hands on the skill book. |

That is the result if you don't set EVE to do high quality screenshots. Seen it before when it was legit. |

The skill is in the database, but there doesn't seem to be any corresponding drone that the skill applies to. Training it would currently seem to be a waste of time.
EDIT: There's definitely no item in the database for which this is a required skill. |

Could someone post how to get it ?
I created a new character just for that skill pack, but it seems that "Caldari Achura Soldier" is not the right path ... I received a few skill packs (Propulsion Jamming, Afterburner, Hull Upgrades) and a +1 implant ...
I'm guessing Gallente, maybe the Industry path ?

I suspect it will have to be a Gal, to bad we don't what what Skill tree set, But i have an Alt on my Main account that I use for 0.0 Picks ups because it's disposable (no training, and just basic clone and ship) that Should allow me to be able to see if a Gal Fighter type, that is not Spec ops can get it. |

Its true, I have it in my head now as well.
I can put my fellow skillcollectors in contact with a "supplier" if they so wish.
PS: ECM/EMS, evemon and ineve.net dont know the skill yet.

Gallente/Business/Entrepaneur worked for getting the skill.
Mission line was called "Balancing the Books", and the skill was the bonus reward for step 8.
Tip: Boost Int/mem when creating char, since you will need Electronics 1 (which you don't start off with) |
