The situation on Liparer II has gone on long enough, the Kor-Azor family demands that all rebels surrender completely to the Kor Azor family and submit themselves for punishment by 19:30 EVE Time on Wednesday the 21st or the Kor Azor family will send its fleet in at this time and obliterate all resistance completely.

Articio has spoken, their will be no further warning.

You know... It may not be the place of a simple pirate like me to say...but do you think planetary bombardment is really the right thing to do at this point?

I'm not claiming to know all the details, but didn't this whole thing start with some smack talk from a Holder? Whatever happened to good 'ol fine & imprisonment?

Hey, who am I to argue with that, kill them all. Maybe we'll be seeing more amarr killing each other now.

Well, this is unexpected.

I'm not talking about the content of your message though. I had no idea that you were a spokesperson for the Kor-Azor family. I will have to drop by sometime again and purchase some more of your fine wares, my freighter is having personell issues...

Mr. Kor Thar, just for clarification, assuming the Holders laid down their arms and surrendered, what exactly would the punishment be that they would be submitting to?

I'm just wondering if you are giving them a choice between death or other death...

Well, there is precedent for this. At least that's comforting. This could have been averted, had the Succession gone forward smoothly.

I saw an anchored can the other day, with a sign that read read "Kor Azor booby hatch this way: 5 jumps"

I wish all this bloodshed can be prevented. Bombing a planet from orbit, if such is what you mean with the Fleet, is way too much, since it would punish not only the Holders but also those who do feel and behave correctly to Lord Kor-Azor.

I, too, would like to see bloodshed avoided. But, if you will forgive me for saying so, it would be better for them to die untouched by the taint of disorder if such a purging is deemed necessary, than to allow that taint to spread and infect others.

I urge the holders of Liparer II to submit.

But regardless of their decision my battlecruiser will be there tomorrow. It may not be much, and most likely futile, but I'll be damned if let Articio spit on Doriam Kor-Azors memory by being a tyrant without doing everything in my power to prevent it.

This is not justice, this is a travesty and a potential mass murder over a matter of mere words.

I see the blasphemy, done by those rebels, but this needs to be avoided. Too much Amarrian blood has been shed by Amarrian hands of late.

Holders, if you can read this, whatever you do - don't submit! Even if you die, a civil war in Amarr space is EXACTLY what the universe needs, because it means they'll be too busy blowing each other up to be a threat to anyone but themselves! Perhaps when it's over, Amarrians will come out with a more sane form of government, and hopefully Kador and Blake will both be dead, so I can loot all of their stuff.

The law is more than just obeying your Lord blindly no matter what he does, if it was that way when we would still be under the rule of Zagram II and those like him.
Loyalty goes to God, Empire, Emperor and Liege, in that order.

And neither God or Empire could be served by this. The rule of the Ardishipaurs have been harsh, or even somewhat irrational at times, but it has always been fair and just.

But I beg of you, holders of Liparer II, surrender and submit.

The Holders are subservient to the Kor Azor heir. If he commands them to wear bloodied clothes, however unjust they might think it is, they should obey. Being an enlightened Amarrian is about being able to make sacrifices and atone for their sins. Wearing a bloodied robe for a while is hardly the greatest sacrifice one can make for the Empire.

I call upon the holders to obey their lord and submit themselves for punishment.

It’s a waste! A waste of lives, of good people and of a planet if this bombardment truely happen. A society put to ashes over a few words.

What of the Holders who were.. no, still are loyal to the Heir on the planet? What of the loyal subjects, millions of them, that got dragged down into this conflict because of those words? What of that beautiful planet itself? Being blackened and darkened by the fire from above, purging it from life, buildings and artefacts still to uncover?

But most of all, who is the guilty party? The Holder whom spoke the foolish words? The servant who reported it? The Heir himself for not seeking out the guilty Holder, but instead putting the blame of all the Holders of the planet?

This conflict isn’t between the Heir and a planet, it’s between the Heir and one of his Holders! Only one! The rest is all just.. a misplaced show of military might.

It's well past that, Merdaneth.

If I understand the situation, it's that the Holders had a brief window in which to wear rags. That window has passed. They are now in a brief window in which they can submit and be killed. If they do not all do this, the planet, or at least its major cities, will be destroyed.

For those of us unable to bear witness to this demonstration of an Heir's will, it would be immensely valuable to have a record of the event.

Maybe for now... but when that heir wipes his realm clean of all life that offers a contrary word or thought, he will cease to have a realm to rule.

The lord works in mysterious ways.
While I will not unnecessarily shout out Amarrian business for the world to hear it is sufficient to say that Liparer II, and all its people, are alive and well.

I do hope they, the people of Liparer II, realise which mercy God has bestowed upon them and they should properly reflect on that mercy.

Coward.
Kor Azor turning against their own leader, disobeying orders and bending their heads and pride to a mortal man like any other.

I know at least that Lord Articio will receive the latest news of your last minute cease fire with ultimost displease, as the Sani Sabik he is.
Your whole family will be covered in shame and disgrace, a fair payiment to your weakness.

I'm sure that the fleet had certain rules of engagement approved by Lord Kor-Azor, and that those rules included them standing down if The Speakers of Truth requested it.

Lord Kor-Azor is a smart man, and as such he wouldn't tell the general public all of his plans, he'd keep them secret.
