well all i have to see is to enjoy the moment seeing LV to fall. RA is one of the most potent superpowers in EVE while LV is not. In my EVE history i have seen manny forces but fighting RA is like trying to kill a phantom. RA are the absolute kings of POS warfare.all i have to say about it : been there, done that, got the T-shirt.

Are you saying that KOS never asked for help? i think both sides can agree that we have at times asked for help....so im a bit confused... also my purpose was never to smack! I only am protesting against the slander of the alliance of which I am a part...but given you have attacked me personally I will say I am pleased that ASEE are no longer a part of our journey... Baz, yes the point of the thread was for me to stick KOs's arms out on the forums \o/ cuz we dont talk on forums mostly, and I feel due to that, many people never acknowledge us. We are a surviving and stable (whether u believe or not) alliance. The members have no delusions of our place in the gears of how this game works, and we enjoy the journey that KOS has brought us on. My part of this game is to experience all of it...not all the areas...but all the ups and downs that we have had. ta-ta for now |

hey, we bringing up old $*&7 ? i'll join this party! here is perfect summary: -ra kicked kos's ass (i was one of the asses) -ra 'let us leave' after they took over outpost (nice of em) -lv V had no clue wtf was goin on and thanks for our wonderful alliance leaders communication /sarcasm they start shooting us like no tommorow. ------- silly silly hank. how naive you were back then. hind sight truly is 20/20. of course after all this some of us were a bit leary to follow demo into his next project blindly... (somethin about small offline towers in the station system made me nervous for round 2). some great move north was about to occur, of course details were sketchy... good thing my corp took off. Well, we didn't take off, technically we were kicked from alliance without a reason, mail or convo, ( i think we asked too many questions). Way to kick your allies in the gut! Now what were you saying about V / LV? V nice way to treat one of your best pvp corps btw. Of course, for a 40 man corp to be #2 on the KOS killboards for months at a time says alot about KOS, who was then #3 i believe in alliance size. fact is, everyone **** on everyone else. lots of lies flew around in the air (i really hate lying) and things just got dirtier looking. kos wasn't friendly w/ RA simply to move out (as we had been told again and again). Thinking we were, I argued against the V / LV aggressions after we got stomped. I look back on the things i said and laugh. If only i had known the truth (probly never will know it in its entirety) but i got a damned good idea. Of course, I realized all this much later and any hopes of every being blue to KOS after i saw you all living out of their conqD station months later just went down the drain. Looking back, Demo didn't care about the coalition i dont think. Not after insmother. I wouldn't be surpised if he had sold us out TO RA. It all had an 'engineered' feeling to it. (i am not making any accusations. no evidence of this... just all so fishy, well... like i said, I wouldn't be suprised). Just seemed to work out too well for KOS in the end. (well, not really  but i think you know what i mean.) the end was damned convenient. i've never held great love for BoB, but i'd stand by them b4 i would with the southeast grabass goin on w/ RA and EVERYONE else. Makes the naps of the north look like joke. so, in summary (god i type alot, sorry bout that) Khirzan, you need to realize ALOT of betrayal went around in those select 2 weeks when it really hit the fan. But it wasn't all on V/LV's side of the table, and as for KOS, well its one thing to NAP to move out, but christ, you guys rolled over and joined RA [:shock] You use this term 'friend' but its become pretty apparent that KOS are fair-weather friends AT BEST. Yes you do, and your also wrong. Its not like there wasnt a massive HUGE war going on in Scalding Pass and Innsmother while all this was going on. KOS DID NOT FALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET HELP. I dont know how many times Im going to have to say this. It went like this: Day 155 of the war, they were fine. Fighting less than V and LV but fighting none the less Day 156 of the war, they forgot to fuel the pos in a station system, and hadnt followed EXPLICIT LV instructions about moon coverage (but said they had) Day 157 they lost the station in a single attack during the night, signed a NAP then vigerously denied it to LV and V so dem0god could get his HUGE mineral store out of the station. Thats what happened. Ask anyone who was in KOS leadership at the time and is no longer. |

A) KOS had every intention to neglect to fuel POSes so as to let the system fall.
B) KOS had no such intention, but then switch sides to save themselves dishonourably - and escape with your stash of Bane Torpedos.

That is a valid point, actually. They were the french section of RA that left after RA lost their stations (they didn't stay after that point, I couldn't possibly guess why), and then went north to Venal. Recently they left Venal for some unknown reason involving a large group of people hostile to them, and returned to the south. Hmm... |
