Oh don't worry we're not ganna leave anytime soon. You can blob all you want, but we'll use tacitcs to make the best of the situation. We like a challenge, infact the more challenging it is, the more thought needed to make a plan work. Could I be right in guessing that the new tactics are something to do with this; Quote:

These are the reasons that RULE have attacked Fatal, the real reasons, and not excuses.
We (RULE and Ka Tet) have taken an active role in our own future in the new regions from the day Kali went live. I won't speak too much for Ka Tet, it's not my place.
RULE see the surival of Fatal Alliance in the new regions as our eventual demise. We do not have stockpiled resources, we do not have a great deal of experience within the alliance working together - although we have a significant amount more now - we do not have many capital ships, our dreadnought fleet at it's absolute best would number less than 20, which is low for a 600 member alliance. However, we are not shy to use these forces. Any perceived threat in the new regions we have dealt with. We were unhappy with Blood Raiders Alliance holding a station next to us, so along with Ka Tet we forced a change. We destroy any and all POSs within 20 jumps of us that aren't friendly. We were not ready for this war - we're actually better equipped now, despite losses, than we were at the start.
We did not make the decision to attack Fatal Alliance lightly, but the reasons were very clear to us.
Fatal Alliance are an offshoot of LV. We know that at least some of the LV leadership weren't entirely happy with Fatal Alliance forming from LV and had made it clear they weren't going to support you guys.
We know that DICE had, in some way or form, assisted, or made some kind of deal with you guys. Offices in outposts are not given lightly.
LV, as I'm sure everybody knows are facing an extremely tough battle. LV are not our friends, some of the corporations within RULE have reason to fear the Five and ATUK. We do not want LV near our space. Of course, Fatal Alliance are not LV.
If LV fall - which was, and still is a distinct possibility, then the alliance is going to fall apart. When that happens we expect Shinra to go to BoB, and the rest of LV to look for new homes. We believe at least some of those new homes would be within Fatal Alliance. A Fatal Alliance which has very strong ties to DICE - although we're not aware of any strong ties to the rest of BoB - and which the general membership see LV as good friends is a threat to RULE, and we felt we were in a position to remove that threat. If we did not act when we did, we felt that we would later regret it.
ASCN are not going to control the new regions. ASCN are dead. I can assure you that on behalf of the many ex-Xetic people in RULE that we will not be a willing participant in that happening - partly because we'd create a monster that would eventually eat us for breakfast. And no offence intended to ex-ASCN corps, but ASCN towards the end was a catastrophic failure, and I don't think many people are shortsighted enough to want a repeat. Please note that I'm not saying individual members or corps suck, I'm saying the entity as a whole did not function properly.
As far as the people in Fatal Alliance are concerned. You're, to a man, dedicated, resilient and you have made every stage of this campaign difficult and have inflicted more extensive losses on us that we had in any way anticipated. Don't take it though that we're a spent force, we are not. Battleships continue to roll off the production lines, a constant flow of T2 modules arrive daily, we are utterly resolved to see this operation finish off. But it's with a great deal of sadness and regret that we realise we are blobbing you guys, and we're probably not giving you as good an experience as we would like to. But objectives are objectives, and they must be achieved. I think the any of the Eve community that has read this and the previous thread can appreciate the dignity and resolve of Fatal as they've inflicted damage on RULE and allies throughout this campaign, with a complete lack of smack. I hope you do come with your wolf packs, you're very talented opponents, and it's a pleasure to fight you. I always been happier fighting good people than fighting grubby smackers. |

In my limited experience fighting 0utbreak the reason why they don't post their losses is because they don't have any. :( Any fun type fight I've had with 0utbreak, or heard the tales on Vent afterwards, 0utbreak nearly lost, we nearly had them, they got out in structure, and we lost a few ships :P |

Fatal, a few of you say you will never surrender and will keep fighting until we take the system then you will join BoB in the good fight(Which I wish you much luck to by the way. Truly a brave stance to take)
Ever stopped to considered some of your playerbase may not have the amount of ISK or ships stocked up to simply throw ships away night after night? I know I personally have talked to a good number of your members(Not spying, just casual conversation without any l33t "Ipwnedjj00" talk) that wish either our leadership would work out a peaceful solution or one side would concede so they could have some ships left when you go and join the good ol' fight.
As to your 30-40 man wolf pack thing, if you honestly think you'll intimidate us with such threats you have a serious problem. There are enough dedicated PvPers in the alliance that would love to chase you around the system until every last one was dead or shipless.
Sidenote: I BobFromMarketing do not condone the use of spies, out of game cheating, or rabbits in any war of any sort. Those methods are not honorable in my eyes.

Guys,
Yesterday evening was an aberration. We were in YM- with the main gang, and suddenly we hear that there are two other gangs of each 40 people in NBW wanting to get into the action with us. Most of them I think went to do other stuff, or went to sit on a gate in YM-. I don't think we ever had more than 190 in the same gang, but we outnumbered you heavily that's for sure.
I'm sure that in the coming nights we'll have lots of fun, and a more 'equal' balance in the forces.
BTW: You guys have fought us hard, we really had to struggle Saturday morning with the bigger gang to stay on top. kudos for that.
One suggestion though: please start with the Z when calling targets - it works much better that way. |

Hmmmm yes it's quite a pain to search on 5 or more killboards to gather all the killmails from the last engagements. And it also messes up the real stats. Not that killboards are that important but it's nice to get the stats together as complete as possible for yourself. At least that's how I look at it. |

I would hesitate to call 7 dead cap ships "Simply throwing em away" Personally I am quite happy with that result. And there are sure to be more. |

As i seen so manny diffrent alliances in local agaist fatal. And i know most off them dont bother doing it either. But thats the nice thing about them, if we go to the parts off members logging as a tactic to save ships and such =). So lets just keep it to that i said thx for a nice comment from one off ur members. Will we not? |
