i have been looking in game for the DED connection skillbook
but have had no luck
also i dont see any sales at all when i check prize history
so i guess this skill has never been released?

It's ingame as a LP reward(15k) and very attractive therefore not for sale very often.
Don't know exact price but I think somewhere around 75m.
EDIT...according to chatlogs so probably just a rumour. |

This is the skillbook for +isk bonus to pirate kills? Not in game. Would break the economy in a bad way. Every single rat kill being worth 60+k more would immediately make a huge amount of cash available. On the plus side, Worlds Collide lvl 1 would get kinda fun. Worth training destroyers 4 for. |

It only adds 1.5k isk, not 15k... It'd hardly change anything but lower-level frig kills. |

It would have a very tiny impact... especially considering it would take 10 mil out of the economy each time the book was purchased. |

Haven't seen it myself ingame so can't confirm it, so it's probably just a rumour. |
