I have a question regarding this item.
From EveMon it has: "caldariNavyBonusMultiplier 1.02"
Was this something that once effected the CNR for even better performance than using Estamellte BCU? Or was it just never used?
I just think it would have been very fitting if running 3x Caldari Navy BCU on a CNR gave it a slightly better bonus than running 3x DG BCU. |

There used to be an idea that it would be actually beneficiable to get only racial components to your racial ship (Caldari Navy BCU on a Caldari Navy Hookbill for example) but it got ditched. CCP never cleans their database so there's a lot of leftover data in it. Another good example is four different types of propulsion which were originally meant for chance-based racial warp scrambling. |

Thanks Ather!
Saves me trying to hunt down the no-longer available CN bcu's. Someone was trying to sell one for 50m above the price of a DG so I was hoping it had some justification. I am not ready to pay premium for a pure collector item value yet! |

Having a bonus for using same-faction equipment (read: highly compatable hard/softwar) would be awesome. Just think how much more uber an Estamel-fitted Rattlesnake would be. Or maybe a Nighthawk fitted with specific T2 launchers made by the same corp. There would be so many posibilities for this. Inferior equipment could actually be worth using! |

So that's what they're for? First I've heard in ten months' playing |
