Ok, so I've had 2 petitions in about ship and money loss for almost a month now. Aside from training the game is pretty much unplayable for me for the past month because of these issues. Is there another way I can go about getting my petitions answered or my account made playable again? Its getting to the point where I'm thinking about just canceling and contesting the charge on my card since I've been unable to actually play due to bugs in the game.

I'd almost settle for a GM just saying they have recieved my petition and are looking into it. My bank has been in the negative for over a month now without reason why or being fixed, and my pilgrim was lost due to getting warped into a structure in a mission... since I have no isk I can't buy anything or do anything but train... I love this game and would love to continue playing but I really can't see continue to pay for a game that I can't play and the devs/gms don't care enough about the playerbase to let a player be unable to play for over a month.

well short of showing up at CCP HQ and complaining in person you're out of luck until they get around to you.

To be honest ccp needs some serious work in the csr dept. They are one of the best game, dev groups out there...but when it comes to customer service contact...they are at the bottom of the barrel.

Posting this on forums will just upset the forum moderator. I'd seriously file a petition and wait your turn. You should also make sure the email address you gave them works. Check your account details and make sure the email is correct.

Sometimes the petitions take 2.5 months for them to answer...
Edit:
Correction, my last petition took almost 4 months.

How did you go that broke? You don't even have a ibis? you don't need ammo for them you know...

You can make enough for a frigate in an afternoon with an ibis. Go kill some really low end rats. From there it's all down hill. It's tough to swallow your pride but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I'd get on with your life because it might be a while.

Got my first+only reimbursement petition answered after 17 days this month. Got my ship back btw. Maybe there is some priority queue. The more petitions you file, the slower they get answered Wink
Anyway, good luck. If your wallet is negative and you think it's because of a bug, then I'd file a stuck petition, because that's what you are more or less.

Word on the street is that they bump you to the bottom of the list whenever you post a thread asking when it'll be answered Laughing

Weirda was going to recommend this. If it is not due to bug - you may find out a worse fate even quicker.

Basically there's a backlog on ship claims, it's been my experience that's the only petitions that they take a long time to answer. Even the one where I was having a blazing row with the GM's over the EULA and griefing got fairly swift response (still say I was right but meh, what am I gonna do).

In short, they don't care if you've lost your ship, they DO care if you're unable to log on, or if you find a bug, or if someone numbnuts is busy swearing at you a lot...

well i've had two bug reports in for a while now, and no response on those. to be fair, one was a test server bug, but the other was a live server issue with missile bombardment not being applied to my missiles, leading to loss of long ranged missile support. lucky i'm not caldari.
