Al, what items did you loose? And how?

Just interested; even though CCP cannot replace them due to insufficient log detail.

And lost factory time cannot be returned, I'm not even sure how this would be possible...

Surely any progress wouldn't have been lost if you had items installed? If you had none installed and are bitter because of the lost chance to install any; well, sorry. A tad unfortunate, but I'm sure you can understand that even in this hi-tech world of fussion reactors, sometimes a wire snapping can bring down the whole Eastern US grid. Nevermind a dank, dark lab in an abandoned London underground station...
