I fly Tempest myself in L4 missions....
I use :
High:
6X1200MM, best named, 2Xheavy missiles (only got 75k sp in missiles))
Med:
4XCap Rechargers(some T2), 1X Sensor Booster
Low:
1XLAR, 1X1600 Tungsten, 4XRes plates. If i dont need so much res i add Gyros instead.
I add Drones, depending on what damage i need to do..got decent drone skills...
Only a few missions i dont do....this will work for most of the L4 missions.
And ofcourse you put on res for what damage the mission ratts deal
