Geddon would fit the 'as fast as possible' part.

Thats pretty much the i used.
Just had Mega Puls II, another CR II instead of the AB and a dmg mod instead of a CPR.
(keep the 2nd CPR and you can run the dual reps forever)

Only problem are those sansha bs (forgot the name) that keep @40km. Dmg-output on the megapuls is making it pretty timeconsuming to kill those.
Guess thats why Deathbarrage fitted the AB. ugh

PS: get someone else to pick up the loot or switch to something faster yourself

I'll assume you're talking about hunting the Sansha's in belts. I think I have my setup right here, but the lows are a bit fuzzy.

Apocolypse:

7 Mega Beam II's
1 Tractor Beam

4 Cap Recharger II's

1 Large Armor Repairer II
2 EM Hardeners
1 Thermic Hardener
2 Heat Sink II
1 Power Diagnostic II

Infiltrator drones.

It kills battleships quite quickly at any orbit range, but it does have an obvious problem of killing cruisers and battlecruisers once they get in close. I usually just warp to the belt at 40-60km and pick them off that way.

An Armageddon will do the job the fastest of them all. You need a bit of cap skills and perhaps pretty good mods to do it

I've used
7x megapulse II 1x tractor beam
1x AB II 2x Cap II's
1x large armor rep II, 3x hards, 2x cap relays 2x heat sink II's

this does the job faster than a zealot and faster than an absolution.
and completely tanks any spawn i've encountered

For a tech1 version the arma should also be better, you might want to drop the ab and one heatsink for an extra armor rep a medium one should be enough and the other just cap stuff to hold the tank.

I haven't used tech1 guns for some time so i'm not very sure about their damage output (it's a little less) but with tech2 guns you're killing a sansha bs in a matter of seconds. (or so to speak) I don't think you have time to use drones but seeing as you're using tech1 guns.. the drones will help out i guess

Single armor rep setups are quite often not enough especially if confronted with tripple BS spawns.
As much as i like to use the geddon, for solo hunting the apoc is simply the better ship.

I have used the apoc, and a geddon, but I prefer the Raven. I use EM torps and EM medium drones. EM is the damage type sansha are most vulnerable to.

and I shield tank the raven obviously.

Geddon, 7x megabeams (snipe, then move in with multifreq), tractor, sensor booster II, tracking comp II, cap recharger II, medium armor rep II, EM and thermal hardeners, 3x heatsink II, 1x tracking enhancer II, 1x CPR.

It can take a triple pope spawn easy as long as you just don't get too close until you kill one or two of them. It will pop enemy BCs in about 8-10 seconds, cruisers in 12-14 seconds, and battleships in 1-3 minutes depending on bounty.

Armageddon:

7 dual heavy pulse lasers II + 1 heavy Nos (E500)
1 100 MN AB (named) + 2 eutetic cap rechargers

Well for bloods (which I imagine are somewhat similar to Sansha's) I'm finding a megabeam Apoc is most certainly 4tw. The only thing it can't hit is frigs, elite frigs and cruisers when they're on a close orbit (but ABing directly away allows me to pwn cruisers). Of course that's where 5 med T2 drones come in and pwn anything that the beams can't hit.
The set up is:

7 x Modulated Mega Beam (only a few days from T2 skills now)
1 x Tractor Beam (yes it is worth looting, yes I do get within 20km of most rats and yes the guns do still hit)

1 x 100mn AB II
3 x Cap Recharger II

1 x Large Rep II
1 x EM Hardener II
2 x Therm Hardener II
1 x Cap Power Relay
2 x Heatsink II

7 x Hammerhead II (yes thermal drones)
1 x Hobgoblin II

Can tank any Blood spawn (well perhaps an officer would require a warp out or two natch, but any normal spawn I mean), and the cap has never gone below 30% (though it does if you leave guns, AB and Rep on forever, which there is never any need to).

Rupture, cheap easy and it works

fittings
4x 650 artys,
2x heavy missles
10mn ab
Tracking computer
cap recharger
medium armor rep
thermal hardener
em hardener
gyro

AB into close range and orbit,

soon as your under 20km sansha can't hit anything

Mioght take a little time to take down some of the battleships but So far i haven't hit any sansha spawn in 0.0 i couldn't take out in my rupture. Officer spawns aside haven't been lucky enough to find one yet.

Oh yeah and it's all T1 so if you do gat ganked by pirates who cares

I would advice to fit your ship for pvp, even though your ratting for sansha...

That way you will be more fit when some pirate jumps in to gank you......and belive me...you will be ganked ugh

Nah dont listen to him!
Not really necessary to nerf a good hunting setup only to be ready for some possible pvp.
Just watch the local for hostiles or unknows and warp off to your safespot if you feel threatened.

Geddon is more efficient, while Typhoon is more fun.
