I recently had one of my chars on an account hacked beyond playability and requested GM assistance; due to the circumstances, the first petition had to be closed and I sent a second petition.
A week later, a GM responded saying it was being forwarded to the senior GM. A week later, while waiting for a response from the senior GM, the petition was closed due to lack of customer reply..

**** happens, but I'd like to skip a repeat.
I need to get in touch with the GMs so that I can fix this as I can't play right now at all. I previously used support@eve-online.com to send my petitions, but this is an important issue so I'd like to get it fixed before it becomes impossible to track the items, isk etc. (dunno how it works really, but at a guess). So which category to send my petition in-game?
