Instructions:
#Contact me in-game with # of cards you want by Eve-mail.
#I will confirm that I do still have the required number, and that will seal the deal in the response.
#you will transfer the ISK
#I will send GTC by Eve-mail, and confirm payment just for good measure.

This ensures that any buyer has full in-game evidence even before they transfer the isk of a GTC deal and it is as according to the rules set fort by CCP have the nessecary tools to petition it should they feel the need to do so.
