Hi All, I just thought I would lighten things up a bit with the a bit of an eve forum classic “Top 3” voting thread….. So i am looking for peoples impressions of the following for our publicly listed corporations…… Best IPO 1. 2. 3. Best CEO 1. 2. 3. Best Communications 1. 2. 3. Best Dividend Return 1. 2. 3. Best Business Plan 1. 2. 3. Best Potential for Growth 1. 2. 3. I've stuck a number of catagories in there so more of our unsung hero's get a mention and so newer members of our investment community can get an impression of what is hot and what is not. going to post on an alt to avoid being called a fanboi.......
I would give top billing to EMFI in all catagories, except best dividend. It may not be the best dividend(biggest), but its always on time and always above projected.
also would like to put O'mara up for best CEO
I would also like to nominate ISS for worst in all catagories
I would also like to give recognition to cast of the best drama Kal/Cally/Mung. |

Best IPO - Power Corrupts Trading, as for months payouts have been consistent. And they are one of the main IPO's I have stakes in atm.
Best CEO - EMFi (As he knows his fiddizle backwards and forwards
Best Communications - Don't know about this one.
Best Dividend Return - I believe PRIG is up there as best/one of the best atm.
Best Business Plan - AATP (EMFi, not many can argue with this)
Best Potential for Growth - C-R-A (Shameless plug, but I believe I can supply huge growth for investors.
Thanks for the post, nice to see something different up here. And a good guide to see what people like/dislike etc. |

Best IPO: O'Mara Shipyards
One of the first who had the guts to go public. Still a benchmark for all of us.
Best CEO: De Mont
Very punctual with dividends, keeps us informed. Cares to listen to his investors.
Best Communications: EMFI
Seems to get involved in everything, and so it should if you're running a Mutual Fund.
Best Dividend Return: Power Corrupts
Proton keeps surprising us every month. Knows how to run a business.
Best Business Plan: ISS
One of the first real business plans. Very professional and well presented.
Best Potential for Growth: ??
Basically every corp has unlimited growth potential. The only limitations are cash, members involved and gametime.

I only wish id gotten in on your IPO early. Well done and keep up the good work. You have gone from a low profile "who is that guy" IPO to one of the star performers in the buisness in a matter of months.
