I just had to boot TigerTiger from sniggwaffe.
He was picking up all the t2 loot from ships we destroyed and not fessing up to any of it. I would steer clear of this guy if you are recruiting.

so wait you destroy and rob the victims loot, but what Tiger does is loot what you destroyed so the theif is theiving from thieves, oh the irony  . But the jettisoned container is in the victims name so hasn't Tiger just robbed the victim?? |

Division of loot is an important thing for a corp like ours. We have many different ways of dividing up loot. But they all depend on people reporting what was found in the can. Scooping all the good loot and not mentioning it is not tolerated in our corp, and I can't imagine it would be appreciated in any PvP corp.

Snigg gives better than most other corps do tiger. If you werent making money thats your own fault, and mabey if ya just asked one of the snigg members to help make you money they probably would have. |

Shamis is a very generous corp leader, and the loot you were supposed to declare wasn't yours in the first place, the kill was a corp kill. In any case you ruined it for yourself over some stupid T2 launchers. TBH you would have been better off if you just followed corp rules. some ratting would get you ten times as much as that launcher. Pity. |

Man last guy in our alliance that did that at a BNK gate camp  we had warned him 3 times to stop helping him self to the loot and that it would be split fairly at the end of the camp. When he did it again we asked him what he took he carmly told us "ah just some T2 large guns and an implant he was swiftly destroyed and podded at a station |

People scooping loot for themselves is always a bad sign.
When I was in NOINT there was this rude, annoying person who kept on asking for help in ratting, and when he was turned down, he showed up anyway and started emptying the loot cans of others. I told them they'd be better off booting the guy, but they didn't, and by now I've seen 2-3 corp thief warning threads with the person's name in it.
Sigh.

Since we're recruiting I gave a lot of thought to the thief/scammer topic.. posting about them sure helps a lot.
Hope he got a nice "clone jump".
Unfortunately the risk is present and theres not so much we can do to prevent such pilots from joining...
At least we can have some measures once they joined. |

Ridiculous! U miss the point, keeping the items for yourself is stealing from the whole corporation, both Snigg and Swigg, not from Shamis's pocket. When u joined SWIGG, the corp rules and policies were clearly defined for you and available for reference at any time. It clearly states that any loot from a group op, is distributed equally and made available to the whole corp. Any loot acquired from solo or paired pvping sessions, is yours to keep! Its as simple as black n white init! *sigh* |
