only once an hour though and then its usless and goes into hiding just giving off gang benifits because its too valuable to have at the front once the nuke is spent. |

The real question is, who's the other party?

Clarification: I've been watching the market activity of the 4 npc corps selling Titan BPOs. Last time I checked:
* Only the Gallente titan BPO has been sold
* Only one instance of it has been sold
* It was sold a few hours ago

Well I honestly hope that BOB isn't dumb enough to buy the wrong BPO. (Ok I hope they are TBH) So its gotta be someone else.
