I just purchased a second account on the "Power of 2" promotion, then paid the fee to transfer this character to the new account.

Both transactions were completed successfully, and when I logged into the new account my character was there on the loading screen. When I click on the character to enter the game, it goes through the normal process of launching the character, then it says "failed" and drops me back to the login screen.

I feel like I've spent $70 to go from not being able to train this character at the same time as my alt... to not being able to use him at all.

Can anyone shed a little light on why I'm not able to get what I paid for?

(Edit: I can create new characters on the account and they log in just fine, so that's not an issue.)
