I think it a bit stupid to fit a mod worth 2 times the ship.
And you might wanna fit 2x assault launcher if possible.

You are using way to much tech2 stuff, keep it cheap when you fly a tech1 cruiser. (starts to sound like his mom)
The fun thing about flying a tech1 cruiser is that you can afford to take bigger risks in it.

Webber would be very dump to put on a Moa when you dont have launchers and your optimal with 250mm tech2 rails would be around 30km with antimatter ammo, and you have to be 10km close to your enemy to use the webber.
I rather think you should fit a 20km scrambler on the moa with that setup.

with that setup you posted I think it would be best to have two heavy launchers on.


I have been using this Moa setup for some while:

High:
4x 250mm Carbide

Medium:
1x Medium Shield Booster I
1x Shield Boost Amplifier I
1x Medium Capacitor Booster I
1x Photon scattering field I

Low:
3x Magnetic Field Stabilizer
1x Reactor Control Unit I

Not to relly relly brag, but I havent lost 1 Moa since I changed to that setup.
If someone thinks some thing could be better on that ship please let me know.
