Irrelevant.
I can't get today back, you will not notice the impact of a day - it is just a gesture. One that will only have the effect of hurting CCP - and they need all the money they can get just to keep this game running.
So unless you want to kill the game off .... ?
I am NOT happy with the extended downtime, and I would like a full explanation from CCP but a free day is only harmful and pointless.

Oh come on! We don't have these problems that often and in the past CCP has always been fairly quick to give us a day in lieu of unexpected downtime. I suggest all you people signing this post think about using this downtime to pop outside (you know, fresh air and all), to the shops and purchase some low grade cheese to go with this whine  |

its a normal gesture done by more MMORPG's when things go bad ,for example WoW,CoH and even DaoC do this
We dont pay for downtime..we pay for gametime.
Sorry doesnt cut it ..a full explanation and a compentation for lost time.

If i were to count the amount of unexpected down time in teh last month, im sure it would easilt exceed 24hrs....

Im a lawyer-in-training and according to trade regulations they have no choice but to repay us this day. One day CCP is going to getting to get a major law suit on there heads, and it could be avoided by getting some compitent IT guys in.

Damn you guys need to stop moaning, they are obviously doing everything they can to get it back up as quickly as possible, it's only been down for 2 hours longer than it should be, not 12 hours.
They have always given free days when the problem is extended over a long period. 2 1/2 hours doesnt really seem a hell of a long time.

CCP do a damn good job in my eyes, i run a BF2 ranked server and when i goes down yes i get people whining about it all the time. ( A little understanding of unforseen hiccups wouldnt go amiss here).
Iam sure they are doing everything in they power to get things sorted out.

well i pay for.....skillpoints :D i can't play every day but i play this game too often  maybe a good rehab like this will help us all  at least i know it was much worse a yr ago, when server had problems.....allmost daily so don't worry u all it's gonna be fine. we just have to be patient. i got a skill training complete 2 hrs ago...i don't even care, it's still a game. |
