I was unhappy with Eve and stopped playing a while ago, probably to do with WoW, but now I wanted to come back and check the new patch out to see if the game was any better. After trying to reactivate my account (and failing with the message "COMM_ERROR") I tried to log in to the forums, which I couldn't do as my account was inactive. Sad

So, I created a trial account to see if I could check it out and have been playing fine. No login problems, not much lag etc etc, but it's not much fun playing as a newbie with no money and no skills when you were used to flying around in Battleships, had over 6m SP and 200m+ spare ISK in the bank.

So, how can I reactivate my account as I can't do it through the website, or is this a sign that I shouldn't reactivate it? Wink

Several posts about this now and still no change to the system or reply from CCP. Does it take much to investigate a problem and fix it? I know most companies wouldn't want pages with their main source of income to be borked and not fixed within a very short period of time!!

It seems as though CCP may not have changed, I may have to rethink about reactivating my accounts... Sad

This forum is for players like us to try to help you, and we obviously can't deal with accounting or website problems. It's not guaranteed that the GM's or devs will read this forum, so if you want your problem fixed, you'll have to petition with this trial account of yours, either from within the game or through the Tech Support section of this website (left hand side, scroll down).

I understand that they can't reply to each message, but if there's a problem such as this then it really should be sorted ASAP as it is their source of income after all.

Thankfully it was sorted out and i reactivated my account. Unfortunately the servers soon went down and I haven't been able to play much... Confused

If you are having problems reactivating your account use the "ask a question" feature to the left. They can help you out with your problems.
