Need a Hulk pilot that can use t2 crystals preferably, if it doesnt have the ore specific skills that is not a big deal but I would like refinery skills to be done out of the way. Mining upgrades lvl4 is a minimum, and Exhumers 5 + mining drone 5 is a bonus. No need to post chars that can fly other ships as all i need is a hulk pilot.
Budget is 2bill but if the right char comes along I am willing to pay more.
