Proposal 1: CNCIS Mutual Fund Management Commission and Rate Increase Calendar Approval

Month 1 - 1% (CEO Votes)
Month 2 - 2% (CEO Abstains)
Month 4 - 3% (CEO Abstains)
Month 7 - 4% (CEO Abstains)
Month 11 - 5% (CEO Abstains)
Month 16 - 6% (CEO Abstains)
Month 22 - 7% (CEO Abstains)
Month 29 - 8% (CEO Abstains)
Month 37 - 9% (CEO Abstains)
Month 46 - 10% (CEO Abstains)

If a scheduled increase vote fails a new vote will be called after 1 month, reoccuring every additional month, until the scheduled raise occurs. From that point the rate will stay the same until the allotted time has been fulfilled.

(An increase to 7% mandates 7 months until the next increase to 8% is voted on.)

The total commission at 46 months under perfect voting circumstances will be 10%.

To prevent loss of income to the investors any rate increase including the initial 1% will shift the dividends to reinvestment percentage in the same amount.

With the initial 1% the new rate will be 51% to dividends 49% to reinvestment.

As shown in the table posted the CEO will abstain from voting on all votes excluding the initial commission creation and 1% rate.

As noted the initial 1% commission is considered a part of the proposal and becomes sanctionable upon vote completion.

The calendar is also considered in effect upon vote completion.

Raw, I think you're being a little harsh on Ray. When Ray is rude/obnoxious towards people it is usually done with a very obvious twinkle in his eye rather than just being mad.




In what will I am sure be an unsuccessful attempt to elicit some info from the OP on this endeavour I will pose the following question:


1) As a follow up to your actions here, have any more shareholders been forcibly ejected from this fund for daring to criticise you, failing to blindly accept your word as divine gospel or for any other reason? If so, how many shares are currently available?

2) Can you provide an assurance to investors past, present and future both actual and potential that you will no longer post RL info about people that disagree, question or criticise you as evidenced here?

3) Can you provide a further assurance to investors past, present and future both actual and potential that you will no longer attempt to mount smearing campaigns accusing people that disagree, question or criticise you of being scammers as evidenced very recently here, here and here?

4) Are you prepared to undergo any form of fact checking or auditing to both reassure investors past, present and future both actual and potential that you are doing what you claim and to provide a solid history of competence as a justification for an expansion in the public isk that you hold, especially given your strong criticisms of people asking for more than 1b of isk unsecured (as this fund is) per year of time in-game on the requesting character (MD passim ad nauseum)?

1)Indeed I will eject you from my fund with a refund if after recieving your dividends as promised you question my stability and honesty. There is no right to invest with me. It's a privilege. If you don't appreciate it, you can see yourself out.

2)Absolutely not. Matter of fact when i'm bored I might think of other fun things to do with real life info. Best advice, don't put your info online if you like to pick fights.
