Yeah, so I recently got Recons and Cyno Field Theory to 5, and was wondering:

If I (or another "hunter") in a Recon were to light a Covert Cyno in a (low/null-only, 'natch, though one can dream) gated mission or dead-space complex, then would the group I'm cyno/bridging in drop in where I'm at, or would they drop in at the dead-space's entry-gate, and have to transit the rooms to get to me and the target?

The cyno can't be lit in deadspace anyway.

I should add though that I'm only 99% sure of my answer. It was true up until at least 2010. After that I've had zero dealing with cynos and stopped paying attention to pretty much any sort of cyno or capital-related dev blog.

It's true. No cyno's within deadspace. Otherwise people would be plexing away with carriers on easy mode.
