This is my first lottery, so I'm starting off with a quick "Speedy" lottery

Prizes:
1st-Cynabal (or 200m)
2nd-Dramiel (or 50m)

How to enter:
Tickets are 1m each, and there are 400 tickets. There is no max amount of tickets a character can buy.
Send 1m for 1 ticket to Lotto Mania (Myself) with reason LOTTO1
Send 10m for 10 tickets to Lotto Mania (Myself) with reason LOTTO1
Send 100m for 100 tickets to Lotto Mania (Myself) with reason LOTTO1

Sending 999,999 ISK will NOT buy you a ticket, API will see it as a donation, but if you catch me online and convo me I will gladly refund it.

Drawing:
Lotto will finish either when all tickets are bought or two weeks from the posting of this thread.
