I'm looking for a basic hauling char, must not require any more training.

- T2 hauling skills (preferably Caldari)
- cloaking 4
- decent navigation and cap skills
- decent tanking skills for the type needed (shield or armor)
- above -2 sec status
- above -5 faction standing
- decent name
- orca would be nice
- Freighter skill is a plus but not a requirement


I WILL consider paying some extra for some decent production/trading/refining and perhaps even some leadership skills.
