There are 250 tickets at 5 mil per ticket.

Any tickets sent without the reason code WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL pending an EVE mail to Dax Moreau with the time the money was sent. No "donation" BS.
How will this lotto be decided?
To ensure fairness in my lottery I use Chribba's Dice.
The drawing will occur when all tickets have been sold to ensure there is a winner.
What can I win?
1st Prize:Machariel
2nd Prize:200 million ISK
3rd Prize:100 million ISK
The 1st place prize will be available for pickup in Jita 4-4 Navy Assembly.
