I did it this morning. Created new alt, applied to my alt corp, undocked new alt in his pod, kicked from corp chat, and it worked.

I just saw it somewhere the other day, a GM said that you cannot be kicked from a corp unless you are either docked or offline, so I'd file a petition.

This shouldn't happen if you aggroed him before he was kicked. Once you aggro, you get a 15 minute timer to the individual character. I've seen people who got attacked on station undock, redocked, dropped corp, and undocked into a bunch ex-targets who still had aggro on them. And died.

If he never shot back to give you that explicit 15 minute timer it would work.

so, wait a sec... That makes the following senario ... plausable?
1. get blob-o-ships
2. include several "juicy targets" piloted by no-rights corp members
3. Go looking for an unfair fight with war-dec group
4. Find such a group, Are you outnumbered 5 to 1? no problem... HELP is coming :)
5. Wait for them to begin to shoot at the juice holders (Wall-o-Armor actually)
6. 6? there is no Six
7. Drop the targeted ships from corp
8. Watch CONCORD swoop in to assist your efforts :)

in this patch the way you join and leave a corporation changed. It made it much easier to do.

at this time the whole corperation page got a revamp, the mechanics changed a bit and you could do more things. Am I positive that this change allowed for people to leave or get kicked while in space, no, but it is the most likely suspect.

Just a bit of clarity:

Honest Jill is just an alt of the actual pilot ToryAlexander that this happened to. Poor boy whined like a baby in local for over 30 minutes which of course led me to laugh myself silly.
