Hi

Anyone checked how eve runs on newest mobile AMD Brazos platform? There are few vesrions, im interested in tablet/netbook setups like this one:

- CPU Amd C-50 Dualcore 1Ghz
- Radeon 6250 with 384megs shared from RAM
- 2Gigs of DDR3 RAM (1,64 avaliable)
- SSD Drive / SDHC Flash memory
- Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit

This platform have simmilar or slightly better results in 3d marks like netbooks with dualcore Intel Atom and ION graphics.

Basicaly i want to know if i be able to run eve to chat or switch skill.

Well, it has SM5 support and you only need SM3 for EVE, so it will run.
You won't get much in the way of FPS, but then again...

Linkage

roughly 10% of a gtx 460. Will eve function yes, will it run smoothly, maybe not. I run a radion 4200 with has a roughly similar score. You can do stuff in station, you can undock and you can even do some fighting. However dont game with the laptop on your lap, else you may cook your legs.

It will probably work well enough for adjusting market orders, chatting and such.

Hell, you might even be able to run missions in a horribly overtanked ship - it won't be a pleasant experience, but it could probably be done.
