I've recently discovered eve-central.com and I love to do trade routes (buying cheaper 10 jumps away, selling higher in jita). Unfortunatelly, eve-central.com is down now, and I want to ask if there's another alternative to it, and also any tips or things that I'm missing that you could help me with.

Thanks.

Your doing it right, just dont waste the ISK, keep flipping it, the faster you flip it the more ISK you make each consecutive flip.

Once you hit 2 bill, take a break.

I'd post some tips, but I'm still learning this stuff and I'm too distracted with thoughts of inappropriate pictures I could draw on your head with a marker.

2 bil?! haha! I'm playing with 50m at the moment, I hope I can get there without making a bad decision or something and losing a lot.

Last week you could have bought 3M Barrage M in Hek for 450-460 and sold it in Jita for 660. Someone was playing with Barrage prices in Jita so I got on the wagon, I guess they missed Hek. However BarrageM prices are trashed now...

Just remember eve-central is often behind the times. Use your other 2 character slots to make price checkers for different regions. The dont have to be in hubs infact its better if they sit on the border between 2 regions.

my advice: don't call yourself "noob"

call yourself a "newbie", "rookie", ... but if you call yourself a "noob" chances are you either are one or have serious self-esteem issues.

EVE players love newbies (they are cute, starry-eyed, enthusiastic, ...) but they detest noobs (dumb, annoying, whiny, ...).

(being a newbie in EVE is the next best thing after being a girl when it comes to people helping you Twisted Evil, people see you and remember a time when they themselves were enthusiastic about the game, everything was new and exciting and they didn't even know the meaning of "bittervet", just looking at you will make them happy! but nobody likes to think of himself as a noob...)
