Cometh the time when we can finally make use of our 3D avatar and go
talk to other 3D avatars, I suspect there'll be a way to right click > menu
on another person, which means when you mouseover there'll be an 'aura'
outline.

The suggestion is this: make aura outlines on mouseover reflect standings
you have with the person or corp. So, red for bad, yellow, blue, etc etc.
