I'm thinking of setting up a mining procurement service that would take high sec mineral and ice orders.
Is this one of those doomed business venture that shouldn't have started or is it something that might flourish.
Any ideas or help on this subject would be welcomed.

What do you mean by "mining procurement service"?
If it's mining ores/minerals yourself, it will be pretty useless as you can never get ores in the amount your customers would want.
If it's sourcing ores/minerals from other sources (market/mining corps/whatever) and distributing the stuff, it might work. |

You mean become a broker? You might be able to do it if you have a lot of capital.. otherwise the margins will be so small you might not make much profit.

Mineral market is tricky..you will find refined ore cheaper than raw. Ice market might be better, I haven't checked it recently. |
