@CCP: I LOVE your AMAZING game and so i have created this thread to give you the raw concise issues so they may be addressed. Each one needs addressing somehow and you should know that keeping to CCP Pann's "calling spades 'spades'" would be a wise choice. If you mean "No", say it to avoid further confusion.
@Community: I am not attempting to become a "mediator" I simply wish to ensure that CCP are given a clear and concise list of the issues we have at present that are at the root of the current anger.
@All: I will be as un-bias as i possibly can be towards any of the issues and will keep this post (and the next one) as up to date as possible. The issues listed below are in no particular order and no one issue is given any more or less importance than any other to ensure that each one can be addressed. If i have missed something please post to let me know and i will update this post. If you are in agreement with any of the points please post it's number so that CCP can see the "priorities". Keep discussion CONSTRUCTIVE.

- Many were/are extremely happy with the old Hangar view and "Ship spinning".
- Most requested feature of CQ testing, ignored by CCP.
Community Request: Return the hangar view and have an "Exit to CQ/WiS" button. Issue 2: NeX PricesWhy all the "Rage"?:- Not everyone can access this new content.
- MicroTransactions not MegaTransactions.
- Makes EvE the laughing stock of MMO's.
- Players feel they are being leached.
- Additional new currancy
- Affect on PLEX prices
- Bypassed the CSM.
Community Request: Divide all the prices by at least 10. They will still be expensive and "Exclusive" but more accessible and less laughable. Issue 3: MT & FearlessWhy all the "Rage"?:- Suggests MT will be added to all areas of the EvE.
- CCP & CSM agreed Vanity items only.
- MicroTransactions not MegaTransactions.
- Ignored the CSM.
Community Request: Repeat your promise to keep MT & Nex as Vanity only in EvE Online. Do as you please with WoD & DUST. Issue 4: CCP Zulu's BlogWhy all the "Rage"?:- It is insulting and de-grading.
- "smooth and successful expansions, not to mention absolutely gorgeous": 4.5 hours overdue deployment, 2+ threadnoughts & 100's of accounts unsubbed, ugly & slow. Anyone? Srsly?
- Comparing pixels to RL is MMO suicide (see "SWG NGE" in Google)
- "I hope I‘ve addressed your concerns" - No, not a single one of them. (Hense this thread as the message is clearly being lost).
- The "F**K You" message that is sends to players.
- Ignored the CSM.
Community Request: Do NOT insult your customers like this ever again. Please speak clearly. Call spades spades. Answer our questions. Address our issues. But not like this. Issue 5: Captains QuartersWhy all the "Rage"?:- Not "optional".
- Not finished.
- Over heating video-cards.
- Avatars look like they have been beaten with baseball bats.
- "Shown the door" when it is turned off (This seriously isn't funny).
- Broken, Ugly & Slow.
- Mountains of player feedback in the testing forum ignored.
- Ignored the CSM.
Community Request: Release finished expansions, do it late if nessesary. The last few expansions (bar this one) have been "good", and Team BFF and 1000's paper cuts was really making a difference to the players. Continue like that, not like this. Issue 6: Broken & Stealth Changed functionalityWhy all the "Rage"?:- Key mechanics (probing) were changed dramatically without warning.
- Boosters & Implants were severely broken.
- Show info windows scroll-bars didn't work.
- Drones, missiles & probes werent getting any bonuses.
- Broken patches
- Dead Mac clients
Community Request: Please don't return to the days of the expansion no-one mentions because it broke everything. Stop announcing your expansions 4 weeks in advanced and then cramming to get it done. Give us 2 days notice, TELL US what's changing and get it right instead. |

- Apparent lack of communication/agreement within CCP
Community Request: *<dismay, yet again>* ..... ? The EvE community is a passionate one (as we've all seen) and we are so because we LOVE this GREAT and AMAZING game. Until this week we also loved CCP for bringing it to life. There is no-one moaning about the new super-sick Turrets, or the AWESOME new entry screen (the one with the maller). Why? Because they are GOOD they are just what EvE is about and that the players want. The "Rage" is because the rest of the features could have been awesome too, but aren't. Not because they are fendamentally flawed (well, the NeX pricing is but we will leave that for now) but because they aren't immersive, too intrusive, too buggy and rushed. Now, the community would like to know what CCP thinks about the these issues and what it intends to do about them (if anything). Although I don't trust these guys with any mt any more they need to get rid of the whole lot of it the cant be trusted to keep it as vanity only. Raise the subscription if they have to.
I would also state they need to start developing the internet space ships of the game and start fixing all there previous expansions. Faction war 0.0 sov galantee being a example.
CCP you have a amazing game and I will fight you tooth and nail to keep it as a amazing game. |

In all seriousness, why bother with all this feigned outrage? I can go buy myself a titan pilot (and a titan) for RM right now, and nobody cares. That is using RM for an in-game advantage. Why is there no outrage against that? To not rail and howl against the CCP supported ability to buy characters and isk for cash, this is all a logical fallacy.

Personnaly, after reading the mail this morning, i think it is over already and unsubbed. I am moving to a new game, so its my last moments on this forum.

I think the cost is not the issue here, but rather the addition of an extra new type of currency when we already have plex-isk conversion, and the costs of these items compared to other items. A set of clothing shouldn't cost more than a ready to rock capital ship, if so, why can't we all live on the planets and be tailors instead of pod pilots. |

Community = wife
Recently husband undertook series of not well thought (stupid) actions and as a result wife is calling him *******. She's soo mad because she's soo in love with him. Husband naturally took all the wife's words literally and he's butthurt (banning elite community members). He also ran to his cave (lack of CCP communication and response to no 1 question). He knows he's guilty but can't agree openly in front of his wife (he cheated on her ofc:D). Now if he chooses to 'STFU/HTFU and live with it' option she will sooner or later leave him. Well he may think she's in love with him so all is going to be fine but smart women rarely stays with cheating men. As we all know once married men can't live without women for long usually falling into life-shortening activities and auto-destruction (falling into short-lived relationships, health destructive activities - you know what i mean). If however he admits he failed, he cheated and he never do it again he has the chance that his wife will forgive him and although without much trust she will live with him happily.

Issue 2 & 3.
Very few items, new feature. not everyone can access it. Define Vanity. Market speculants for PLEX demand to rise with this patch not getting the profit the speculated billions in. Thanks to the high prices on thoose first items the plex market is kept stable.
You can also resell vanity items in eve to other players when you do not want them anymore. That 3.4 plex monocle will always be worth rougly 3.4 plex in isk. So the actual cost/loss is minimal. You could even profit from it.
The fearless document is not written to be taken seriosuly. Gordon Gekko Edition, "Greed is Good[QuestionMark]".
They need that debate for dust & WOD. The company as a whole dont know thoose coming titles, but all of CCP knows abit about EvE. Making her the perfect arena for an exaggerrated debate about how to go about MT to highlight extremist views, bad ideas and Gordon Gekko greed. Soundwave acting making an excellent Gekko rendition.
And the blogg response.
Abit bad admittedly, but I guess faced with threats put into action to 'take you company down and threadnaught you into oblivion and spill your guts all over gaming sites' makes a corporation edgey.

I fail to see the relevance to this argument. I can buy isk for RM per CCP guidelines, and then buy myself a character. Empirically, where the character or isk comes from is truly irrelevant. What matters is the result: A one week old player can have a 100M SP Character and as many ships as they desire; all it takes is cash. That is the fact. Are you truly naive enough to believe that CCP does not manipulate what passes for an 'economy' in the game? If you truly believe that this in-game economy is player driven, you are fooling yourself. This pseudo-economy is guided by players, but it is maintained, balanced and supported by CCP. Simply put, RMT for in-game advantage is available NOW, and has been.
