Remove the ability to directly convert ISK to AUR. Make AUR purchasable through tiered pricing (e.g, 10k AUR for $25 USD, 5k AUR for 15 $USD, etc.).

Much more vanity items should have been ready for sale upon release (e.g, top hats, canes, gold chains, pimp fur coats, gundam suits, sybians, etc). Make vanity items available through the market for ISK, but make it so that when you "wear" the item, it is applied to your specific account and is removed permanently like Plex. Allow the ability to preview vanity items on *your* pilot before purchase a la form of "Dressing Room". Ship vanity items like paint jobs and decals are fine (who doesn't want to fly a ship with flame decals), but NO ammo, implants or actual ships for AUR.

Right now the vanity items are a joke. There are items listed on the market that are unavailable in the NeX. I counted ~35+ vanity items on market yet there are only 8 on Nex. It's almost like CCP does *not* want additional revenue from MT by releasing NeX in it's current half-ass form.
