Hello !
I just trained to fly a Loki. :>
And i seek your advice in what fitting should I use to run Incursions with it.
I'll just look up for a fleet, not something organized.

Shield Loki or Armor Loki ?
I got perfect skills in gunnery, good skills in armor tank and shield tank.

So, what Loki fitting would you advice, please ?:)
Is a Loki better than a Tengu for Incurions ? I can fly both.

Thank You,
Amda Tori

Both fits are pretty aggressive, but will work, and were designed around always having a fleet booster and experienced logi. YMMV and you may want to add another resist mod to each, especially since you're not running with a prearranged group. If you're going to use a loki, keep it in Vanguards. It doesn't have the damage projection to really do well in Assaults - which, to answer your other question, is where the Tengu shines.

Last reply was very good. Loki is not a bad Vanguard ship at all, but not ideal for larger sites.

The long range Loki webs are nice, but not all that special, so make sure you fit it to do good dps also (lots of damage and falloff mods). Some people slap 1-2 webs on and call it a day, but you need to be doing dps.

This is the fit I used (MWD could be swapped for another tracking computer depending on how much you like to move around)

Depends on the fleet, but I've noticed people want the web bonus more than anything so I armor tank to fit 2 of em on there. (You can shield tank with web bonus but it sucks...

I like extra tank.

lows
2x active hardeners
1600
2 gyros
one EANM

mids
2 webs
ab or mwd
TC

highs
425s

Loki Defensive - Adaptive Augmenter
Loki Electronics - Immobility Drivers
Loki Engineering - Power Core Multiplier
Loki Offensive - turret concurrency (swap out if fleet wants logi drones, but webbed and bonuses to tracking == no problems hitting frigs.)
Loki Propulsion - fuel catalyst

mods either more tank or gank depending upon what you think your missing.

With this setup all resists are above 80...

1 reply was good , even down to the auto targeter which should be equipped instead of the drone range thingie I've seen so many people put in the free slot in the shield config.

In the shield config I use a damage control instead of 1 of the damage or range mods for extra tank.

there's a shield config with 5 mids , which unfortunately has 5 turrets also. Might be worth it for the extra slot.

for the armor config I use 2(coreli or centii or corpii) a-type adaptive nano platings - an extra % resists, easy to fit and only 80mil on the contracts marker

1 last note - I get much higher hits using barrage so if you can afford it...in most of the fleets you'd be the support not the primary damage dealer though :)

One of my alt accounts runs an offgrid gangbooster wth skirmish links (and some non bonused armour links).

With the skirmish links and good skills, you get 750 m/s speed, 700 dps, and 46.8km web range.

Switch a web for a TC if you want more range, but I find it has adequate range already with Barrage (although dps drops a bit), your main job is to web stuff down, so your battleships can kill it, and with 3 46km webs, thats everything in Vanguards (except mara paleos, which you ignore anyway).

Before I bought the loki, I flew a Huginn in armour fleets, with 3 webs (75km) and 3 target painters, but I find that the dps that your battleships lose from the missing bonused painters is made up for with the lokis DPS and more efficient resists.
