Well, they went ahead and changed their time, but I still say they will be on time. Just happens to be 17:00 now. Up to you on if this counts for me or not (if they are indeed on time). |

Why does your post say 19:00 as the projected uptime, when CCP says 17:00? Are you referencing a different timezone? CCP is using UTC, you haven't specified yours (looks like CEST though, which would be +2).
If so, you need to declare exactly which timezone people are supposed to use for their answers. Else it won't be possible to determine a winner because someone might have guessed correctly but by pure chance entered the wrong time format and is now 2 hours off.

CCPs initially stated that the server upgrade would last until 19:00 UTC, hence the time in the OP. Of course, some people will claim to have over estimated based on this information but in truth this is all guesswork as nobody has any real idea about how long the upgrading will take. I assume all entries made after the server whent down are void though this is one competition with very vague rules.  |
