I don`t have my own computer.To play the EVE,I have to go to an internet cafe near by my house,but the internet cafe doesn`t have the eve online client.
Every time when I want to play EVE,I have to hold a USB flash disk to the internet cafe, in which I have saved the eve client.
last time when CCP released the 1.6 #3 patch,I missed it.So today I found that I couldn`t install the 1.6.1 patch and repair the client by using the repair.exe file.
what shall I do? Is there anybody who encountered the same trouble? |

This recently happened to me, it's due to the fact that UAC is activated. [User Account Control], see if their admin will disable to allow you to patch. |

Some internet cafes install key loggers to get your personal infos...I really would advise not doing this. |

I come from china, It is useless to hack my account,because you can hardly find the person who playes the european eve server . |

i have had the patch issue as well and have tried everything from reinstalling to new computer, cant find a solution |
