I'm not sure, to be honest. I would guess that they had something to do with Shmak's being banned.... but I can't say for sure.
Basically, everyone who rented from K7D and above was reset.

No, the RMT allegations are true. I'm convinced of his innocence, however. I didn't ask him what the transactions truly were, but others say he was reimbursing people for ship losses. Also, these transactions happened in 2009. Funny how they're just now getting around to it.

shmak asked the alliance he was leading at the time for donations to BUY a station egg and get it however the persons got ganked in highsec so shmak REFUNDED everyone who donated there isk back and decided to reimburse some capital losses at the same time from a fight that happened about the same time

how ever he did it out of HIS OWN POCKET (refunding people is alot easyer with ur own wallet than from the alliance fund i believe but didnt put any reason code into the isk xfers he sent so someone that he refunded must not of liked shmak and gone back and told ccp to get rid of him OR CCP CANT READ LOSS MAILS AND ALLIANCE MAILS FROM THE TIME SO THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE yet for some reason they just banned him and would not listen


during fleets shamk has given out personal ships (my first cynabal ) and paid for replacements himself and bought alot aswell

the reason shmak had the isk to do it is coz an old mate of his GAVE him several titan fits

he has a LONG TERM DECENT JOB WITH DECENT CASH HE HAS NO NEED OF RMT SO ALL ALLEGATIONS ARE FALSE

i LIKE this game but if CCP are gonna be tossers and ban GOOD LEGIT PLAYERS coz they dont want to right a reason for refunding more than 50 players their isk after something they wanted to get (the station egg) got ganked and destroyed and capital reimbursements from large fights then i just see eve going down the pan with or without walking in stations


north Q got reset coz they were being ahats saying they kicked out test/PL and everyone else when they basicly did jack **** it was planed for some time and cascade and AAA both know and agreed on the rest of these idiots

1 goto google and search eve online isk buying and find out chances are ull find atleast 10 websites i ofc WONT post any links ull have to find them urself chances are these websites EMPLOY hackers/people to run chars/accounts via mining ratting missions macro bots (prob over 50 chars on bots) etc(and this is an answer to a question ccp dont ban me for it or u will how show more evidence of my answer in question 3....)

2 heh how about ccp FIX their tools so that they GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME AND LISTEN TO APPEALS AND FACTS

3 u havent been playing eve that long ask around about t20 mining lasers and the relationship between old bob and gms/devs and how shrike got his (first) titan reimbursed after a very laggy fight when if there was no lag the outcome would have been the same coz the bubbles would have stay up all the time anyway and then turn around and say our logs show nothing in other fights with LESS lag
