Okay. So fired up duality to finally check out the CQ stuff. Just going to give my little opinion on it.

Firstly, awesome. I like the fact that I can walk about. I like the interior graphics, even on the lower settings. It's a great feeling to be able to get out of the ship. This is going to bring a whole new immersion to the game, especially when this whole thing opens up and we can walk around bars and the station proper.

It's a bit laggy, compared to the performance you get from in space. However, if detail is turned down a bit, it performs fine on my PC which is a simple last generation dual core. An option to have seperate settings for space and CQ graphical settings would be really great.

The user interface with the menu's in the CQ is a bit clunky. Not entirely sure how you can make them better. I think it maybe is to do with the fact that I'm so used to the ease of right clicking in space and things like that.

The movement around the CQ is okay. Not super brilliant but it works enough.

Two thing that really annoys me a bit, and I know there are a million threads on it already. First it's slow to load up compared to what it was. And even when you think it's done, it's still not finished. Maybe it's lag from the server and not so much the actual Incarna proper. Not sure. Hope by the time it is released it will be much faster. The second thing, is simply the option to opt out...or at least when you first dock, have it so that what you come to is what we have now. The reason for this is firstly a speed issue and secondly I really like seeing the ship just in the hanger and being able to spin it around. Then if I want to go into my CQ I just click an icon and it loads. And from there in the future walk around the station. I hope this is implemented in the final release and I personally would be disappointed if it wasn't. I don't see how it can be hard to do.

Other than those points it's a fairly pleasing addition to EVE and regardless of content it's kinda neat and I hope CCP develops it further.

Also, new Maller model is awesome win, and the turrets are pretty cool as well. Now please CCP do more work on the other ship models that really could do with an update. I personally will fly mallers now a lot more, as they simply look badass.

noted few things, its hard to figure out what is my active ship. yeah i can see hologram, but what if i see scorpion hull. add "Active ship" line in Solar system information field while walking in station.

Second thing is cargo hold. now(in tranquility) you just double click in station background and you have your cargo hold. in CQ i need to go to hologram, use hotkey or go through fitting screen. maybe add additional active ship cargo hold button to neocom? :>

if those things was mentioned a 1 million times, meh. 1 more wont hurt anyone. ;>

PS: why there is no sticky thread for CQ feedback :S

Might be better if it was actually playable at > 3 FPS (with low settings)...
