When I attempt to "change password" on my accounts, it just says they are banned. Same when trying to log in to Evemail. There is no way the person I bought Isk from could have known my account names or passwords. But, it's a good thing to check.
And another day goes by... |

I'm pretty sure they wouldnt keep charging you if your account was banned. Also, there would be no mistaking if you got banned, and it tells you when you try to log in
"Account Banned. Reason: blah"
Your account was hacked. Also, the whole "I didn't know" is crap. You knew very well what you were doing. If you get your accounts back, prepare to have a negative wallet with all of your assets missing. |

The whole thing is weird because I have not received a single e-mail or message from a GM. I was playing Eve one minute and the next it's gone. Shouldn't I have been notified within this many days?

Login failed. Possible reasons can be:
Invalid username / password
Incorrect character name entered

You get that even if you just got the wrong password - so I strongly suggest that you are not banned, you have been "hacked" and someone has changed your password. Allegedly only five months into the game, running four accounts on bought ISK, intimate knowledge of high-end production, carrier pilots... claiming to be really familiar with MMO's but thinking you can just buy power with dollars and pleading with the old "pity me I'm a cripple with nothing else to do" line. Stinks like cheese in a sauna. Best case you're a rich kid without a clue, more likely a RMT fishing for a cover story. Adios amigo. |

If it says incorrect password when you try to log in to the game you aren't banned, Your account got stolen and the person who took it changed the password, if you WERE banned it'd inform you of that upon trying to log into the game, Along with the reason for the ban. As for "there is no way the person i bought isk from could have known my account names or passwords"... sure there is, If the site you bought it from infected your computer with a keylogger for example. Which is what i bet happened. |

Helping to emphasize this message again. The biggest deterrent to buying isk is the malicious web sites that sell. It is common knowledge now that they are serious RL threats and now you need to worry about securing your personal information as well. Hope this helps and learn a big lesson from this. |

You can't be honest with us, and you can't be honest with the GMS. Your primary issue is honesty. Work on that first. Granted, the training has changed in regards to time iwth learning skills gone. But to go from mission/mining in your first 4-5 months of eve to knowing what a carrier can do is phenomenal, either that or you are kill board bait. |

This has gotten exciting!
Some of you are not reading very well or implying things which aren't the case. I was quite worried that I was hacked as well. But when I try to log into Evemail or change password, it says "account banned" specifically not the generic '3 possibilities' message.
No keyloggers or trojans... and I clearly wasn't IP banned because I was able to make two new accounts and am leveling up some new pilots. And of course, IP bans don't work because people just use proxy servers and VPNs to go around them.
How am I posting? Ummm, made two new trial accounts and am leveling up some pilots (again). Once this crap gets sorted out, I'll just buy some new characters. The fact that I can afford some 100m+ SP pilots to add to my collection really seems to irritate you trolls.

This worried me a lot. However: 1) I was playing Eve (ratting) with 3 windows open, when suddenly all 3 were simultaneously disconnected. When trying to log in, I got the message (invalid username...etc). 2) When I went to Account Management to reset password it says: Your account has been banned. You cannot access this page. 3) When I try to log into Evemail it says: Account BannedSo I'm concluding I'm not hacked, but that customer support just blows. Apparently I don't deserve good customer support and am satan to many of you, but I'm a paying customer just like everyone else. |

Again, you have misread. I bought 2 characters. My main 7m SP was sitting cooking skills while I used the purchased characters to rat sanctums and run 10/10 plexes. The other purchased character was an indy who I had a nice little business going building freighters for sale. As far as "learning how to play the game", this is an argument put forth in every single MMO out there - and is vacant. Coming into an 8 year old game, who in their right mind would skill up for years until being able to play the game how they wanted? |
