If I
Start Lock then Activate SEBO
vs
SEBO then Start Lock
will the time be much different? ( does the SEBO help if targeting is started before).
I am unable to check atm, was curious if anyone knew.

Yes, sebo helps even if you have started locking before activation. |

you should try to fire it up on your way to your target(during warp) or before you start to lock to get the most out of it. |

Even better, get in the habbit of turning it on as soon as you jump into system. Along with other things such as damage controls, tracking comps etc. |
