Who's the original creator of that accounts, that's the question.

Because you have the account name + password, and that you pay for it, does not make it yours. If someone else created it, and you 'took over' it, that essentially makes you an account thief (EULA forbids this, you can never pass on/take over accounts).

CCP would never ban a paying customer just out of the blue. Either they have banned your account while investigating, which means "indefinately" until the issue is resolved. Or you simply are using (while paying for) an account that isn't yours.

TL;DR version:
Read the EULA.

I dunno dude, but if CCP wants to get rid of you so badly, then why not just take your money and leave.

If you read the EULA you know they have all the right they want to just cancel your account, delete you character, put your wallet in negative, etc, if they just feel like doing it.

Unfortunately, running to another game won't save you, they have similar lines in their EULA (and for a reason).

But as I said, if you do own that account, they could very well just have suspended/banned it temporary while conducting an investigation. The proper way to solve such an issue is not to repeatedly post on the forums, that'll just aggravate the mods and bear no effect on your case (and even if it would, it'd be a negative one).

You're providing mild entertainment, tho.

badmouthing is telling something bad but untrue about someone. as far as i know.
