You are an idiot paying ransom, the most likely outcome is that you lose both your ship and your ransom. Only thing worse is paying ransom to stop being wardecced, the next week you will have 3 new wardecs incoming. |

Like many people, I made the same mistake a long time ago :)
The main rule is - never pay ransoms, since most pirates are not pirates, they are juts common thiefs. In this case, they are ninjas, they'll back-stab you before you know it.
The chance that a pirate will honor a ransom is very, very small, not worth the risk. It's just like playing a lottery :P |
