Replace the super highway with a bus route. Every 20 minutes, at every current JB location, a titan-bot logs in and puts a bridge up along the current JB route. Stagger the bridge time so that someone catching a Titan bridge at one end can make it all the way along in one direction.
This has the added bonus of not needing to pay for sov bills and upgrades, only POS fuel, Stront, Liquid Ozone, and jump fuel. |

I support this new idea. It seems one of the best solution to balance what everyone wants. I would say give it 6 month and see how it works. At least CCP can always change it back if it really suck. |
